This role will be reporting to the Administration Manager which will be having primary responsibilities for overseeing both administration matters and financial reporting of the project. The tasks includes review of monthly progress claims and variations to contract, ascertain fair price to be paid for work completed; to ensure proper internal control procedures are being effectively and efficiently implemented in processing transactions with subcontractors, supplier, consultant claims and variations; maintain project records for financial reporting purposes and to be involved in the preparation of periodic financial report;

The qualified candidates should have a tertiary qualification in Accounting with minimum of 5 years experience on similar required functions for the position. To be successful in this role you will need to have a good understanding on people management as well as good interpersonal skill. An excellent communication skill in English for both written and verbal is a must with a good computer (iterate.
