The gerenal qualifications are as follows :
- University Graduates (S1) in Engineering (Mining, Civil, Geology, Geodesy).
- Maximum 30 years of age.
- GPA/ IPK minimum 2,80.
- Fresh Graduate or having 1 -3 years work experience.
- Excellent in interpersonal skill.
- Fluent in oral and written in English.
- Self-motivated and willing to learn.
