Requirements:
- Female / Male, Maximum age 36 years
- Minimal S1 (Management, Law, or Psychology)
- Minimum 5 years experience in same field
- Capable of managing the overall human resources, manage conflict and discipline apply
- Mastering the Recruitment Process
- Mastering Payroll & HRIS Program
- Understanding the regulation of Labor, Social Security
- Having the ability to communicate with all levels of internal & external
- Having a good analytical ability
- Having the ability to lead
- Having a computer and Internet skills
- High integrity
