Below is the detail requirement of each vacant position:

*1. EQUITY ANALYST*

Responsible for evaluating and analyzing listed companies’ long term
business prospects, conducting valuation of listed companies, and preparing
equity investment reports.

*General Requirements:*
- Minimum 3 years experience as Equity Analyst
- Experience in futures, equity markets and technical analysis
- Strong in-depth knowledge of macroeconomic & market trends
- Has WMI License from BAPEPAM-LK
- Excellent communication skill and a strong drive to excel are also an absolute imperative.
- Good communication skills in English
- Good team player and capable to work independently
- Preferably understand Residual Operating Income Valuation Model

*2. TAX OFFICER*

Responsible for tax calculation, tax reconciliation and administration, also
providing supporting data for tax audit.

*General Requirements:*
- Bachelor degree of Accounting or Finance from reputable university
- Minimum 2 years experience working in Accounting or Tax Department
- Good skill in working with Microsoft Office Application
- Brevet A & B would be an advantage

*3. ACCOUNTING OFFICER*

Responsible for performing administrative function, e.g. bookkeeping and
accounting records.


*General Requirements:*
- 22-26 years old, preferably female
- Bachelor degree of Accounting or Finance from reputable university
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Good skill in working with Microsoft Office Application
- Attention to detail

*4. PRICING ASSISTANT MANAGER*

Responsible for pricing and product development, supporting product
launching, and actuarial investigations.

*General Requirements:*
- 25 – 35 years old
- Bachelor degree in Actuary, master degree would be an advantage
- Have 4-5 years experience in life insurance industry
- Have prophet knowledge
- Very good in MS Excel applications
- Good communication skills in English

*5. AGENCY RECRUITMENT SENIOR MANAGER*

Responsible to make sure branches achieve their recruiting target and do a
proper recruiting activities, also analyze the branch needs in terms of
getting new hires

*General Requirements:*
- Male, 30– 38 years old
- Bachelor degree in any major from reputable university
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in recruitment area particularly in agency. Experience in multi level marketing will be an advantage
- Has good networking and good communication skills

*6. REGIONAL TRAINING MANAGER (Bali)*

Location: Bali
Responsible for Branches & Agencies’ training and development activities in
regional area

*General Requirements:*
- 28 – 35 years old
- Bachelor degree in any major from reputable university.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience as Trainer in Life Insurance Industry and 1-2 years in managerial position.
- Fluent in English

*7. TELEMARKETING RECRUITMENT ASSISTANT MANAGER*

Responsible for fulfilling manpower requirement in Telemarketing Department

*General Requirements:*
- 28 – 35 years old
- Bachelor degree of Psychology, Management, Human Resources
- Minimum 3 years experience with sufficient experience in handling massive recruitment process
- Good communication skills in English

8. INSTITUTIONAL BUSINESS CONSULTANT*

Responsible for prospecting clients by providing solutions to corporate
clients in order to achieve sales target.

*General Requirements:*
- 28 – 35 years old
- Bachelor degree graduate from reputable university
- Have 4-5 years experience as Relationship Manager in Life Insurance industry, preferably handling corporate clients
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
